The Writers Guild of America (WGA) has voted in favor of authorizing a strike to begin next week unless their demands are met. This went sideways ten years ago when the WGA went on strike for 100 days causing 2.1 BILLION dollar losses for the film industry. 2017 has already proven to be a stinker so far, a strike would ensure that my chances for earning enough to re-qualify for Pension & Health in 2018 are slim to none.
